Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We also use FedEx if available for better accuracy on delivery time

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
IT Options is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We currently offer shipping outside the U.S. fee based on destination.
Returns Policy
We offer 30 days warranty after the date of arrival on all our orders.
For replacement parts, please test the part before installation, do not remove the protective/plastic film without test it.
No refund on broken parts due to a bad installation or parts without the protective film.
Exchange or refund is available.
